Veritas Villages has communities in Nicaragua and Panama, with our first Costa Rica location coming soon. Each village is built on the same F.I.R.S.T. principles but offers its own unique setting and lifestyle.

Veritas Village – Playa Pacifica (Nicaragua)

A Spanish-style beach neighborhood inside Gran Pacifica Beach & Golf Resort. Enjoy year-round surf, golf, horseback riding, and a gated beachfront community just outside Managua.

Veritas Village – Coronado (Panama)

Nestled in the hills near Coronado, this village is designed for food security, natural water access, and off-grid living — just minutes from beaches, restaurants, and services.

Veritas Village – Chiriquí (Panama)

A smaller, more intimate community near the Costa Rica border. Perfect for those looking for peace, self-sufficiency, and a close-knit neighborhood feel.

Veritas Village – Atenas (Costa Rica-Coming Soon)
