Veritas Village – Playa Pacifica (Nicaragua)

Veritas Village – Coronado (Panama)

A smaller, more intimate community near Boquete and the Costa Rica border. Perfect for those looking for peace, self-sufficiency, and a close-knit neighborhood feel.

Our newest location in Costa Rica is currently in the early stages of planning and development. Details on site plans, pricing, and availability will be announced as the project progresses.

“My husband and I are very impressed with the construction of our new Toucan style home at Veritas Eco-Village Coronado; the work has been proceeding very well since the start of construction in March. Simplistically, work needed to be completed to prepare the building site, the perimeter needed to be installed, and he pool created. The floors have been poured, the beams put in place and as of today the roof and walls are being installed. The construction manager sends us videos with commentary several times a week so we can watch their progress; we are on their target for completion. Answers to our questions are answered promptly. All in all, we are very pleased with their process.
FYI, we have had four homes custom built and renovated five others. This is one of the the most professional construction projects that we have undertaken.”
