Progress as reported in our Q1 2026 community update.
Walk the hillsides of Veritas Village Coronado today and you will see something new: finished roofs, tiled terraces and crews setting foundations for the next homes. The first homes are completing, and more are being started each week.
Photos show homes at an intermediate stage of construction, taken in the dry season. They are not the final landscaped result.
How We Got Here
In spring 2025 the first homes received their permits and construction began, with several more close behind in design approval. By early 2026 home construction was well under way across the community, with additional homes starting every week.
A Look at the Models Going Up
- Cotinga (2 bed, 2 bath): natural wood-toned ceilings and black window frames.
- Toucan (3 bed, 4 bath): Spanish Colonial tile roofing, arched windows and an expansive terrace.
- Reinita (2 bed, 2 bath): structure complete, with exterior finish work next.
- Eufonia (2 bed, 1 bath): foundations are going in, with moisture barriers and steel reinforcement for a solid, secure base.
Built to Last, Built to Run on Its Own Sun
Every Veritas home has insulated concrete walls, its own solar system and high-quality finishes. Coronado is a completely off-grid community, so each home makes and stores its own power, and each includes its own five-stage biodigester.
Views, Improved
Every homesite at Coronado has something special about it. Where owners asked, we also filled in low spots on their homesites to open up the views even further.
